I agree more with Howard in that people need to do more useful things with their lives other than smoking marijuana and watching television the whole day. When people are under the influence of marijuana, their mental capacities are compromised and they are unable to think in a logical manner. This means that they may end up doing things that they would otherwise not do when they are not high on anything.
